In fiscal year 2022-2023, seventy-three percent of operating revenue was used to provide direct care and services to our clients. ElderHouse’s fourteen percent administrative and three percent fundraising costs gives it the highest efficiency rating of charitable giving in standards set by such prominent philanthropic institutions as the American Institute of Philanthropy, Charity Navigator and the United Way.
